First I would like to thank Giovanna and her company and all involved for a wonderful trip. From beginning to end we continued to be amazed by all the wonder service we received from all of you. We had a fabulous time for our anniversary.
To answer your questions:
We had no troubles with any of the transfers provided for us. All were on time, with clean and nice vehicles and good drivers.
All the guides were great and all better than we expected. It is hard to pick a best as they were all awesome, that being said, three stand out for being most personable and had a excellent sense of how to move us along our tours, Daniele in Almafi, Fiorenza in Pompeii and Capri and Corrado in Como and Milan. I would like to say again all were punctual and professional, all went out of there way to accommodate and I give them all 5 stars.
Best hotel was Hotel Britannia: ALL the staff was so friendly, the room was spacious and clean with a fantastic view.
If I must pick a low end, for me, Hotel IBIS: there was nothing bad about it but after being in smaller hotels for most of the trip with friendly small staffs, it seemed too big and the staff was just doing their jobs and did not stand out in any way. It was clean and had a good location……so again nothing negative to say.
Quiiky gets 5 out of 5 for all other ratings.
Yes, we would positively reccommend for anyone considering travel to Italy.
AND, Giovanna, you’re the best. We could really feel your personal touch throughout, thank for everything.
