A noble historical palace in Florence (dating 1515), just behind the Cathedral, is our venue. The location is very easy to reach, being in town and very close to hotels and the main attractions. The international airport of Pisa is served by all low-cost airlines and it is well served to Florence.

The wedding area includes: gardens, lobby and two main halls.

It is advisable to choose a mid-week day for the ceremony, in order to get a better service and the rental is less expensive.

The property owns a nice hotel (the film director James Ivory is fond of it!) at a walking distance from the hotel.

Departure & Return Location

Easy airport: Pisa. From here it is possible to take the bus to Florence Central Station.

 

Price Includes

  • Venue rental ‘Catering’

What to Expect

a) Ceremony to be held by a friend or a close relative can bless the couple

  • 50% chairs for the blessing 

b) Catering is highly specialized in weddings and includes:

  • Set round tables for 8/10 people each (Italian style, which means that appetizers, dessert and coffee are not served at the table. Only first and second course are served seated)
  • Chairs for all guests (three types in choice)
  • Table cloths (three types in choice)
  • Small tables and chairs (30% of total guests) for the American bar
  • Printed menus
  • Wedding cardboard

Here, a description of our catering service:

Since 15 years we work to make each event special. We will be really happy to render your Wedding the very best day of your life.
Each event will be personalized according to your tastes and wishes: country, informal, elegant, Tuscan, ecc. We provide a vast selection of materials and we will get different ones in case you need them.
 

Catering detailed service

  • Duration of service: 6,5 hours (from 6.30pm to 1am). Extra timing will be evaluated and agreed together;
  • Extra hours of service must be arranged with the Location;
  • We consider 1 waiter every 12 guests + 1 Maitre;
  • Set up of small ‘salottini’ (1 table + 4 chairs) with white tables and white foldable chairs for the Aperitif/After dinner for the 30% of the guests;
  • Final number of guests must be communicated at last 15 days before the Wedding Day and will be considered the minimum guaranteed;
  • Timing of the event must be communicated at last 15 days before the Wedding day;
  • We provide for printing the menus on our letterheads paper – one per person
  • Rental of any extra equipment to personalize your Wedding – TO BE QUOTED SEPARATELY
  • Equipment included in the catering service:
  • Tableclothes: various choices of colours and materials – flander, linen, cotton, damask).
  • Underplate and bread plate: white porcelain plain or decorated glass
  • Silverware: stainless steel
  • Glassware: classic stem glasses for water and wines
  • Plates: white porcelain plain or decorated
  • 8 Tables: round for 10 people
  • Chairs: white “chiavarina”, bistrot chairs with white dress, white foldable chairs,
  • Staff uniform: total black with black shirt and black tie, classic: black trousers white shirt and black tie, white or black shirt with long aprons in various colors; classic white ‘livrea’ with gold button.
